Hydrangea, Macrophylla Harlequin : Stunning mopheads with unusual blooms.
One of the more stunning mopheads, with unusual bicolor blooms. Plants get heavy with large, 6″ clusters, with pink to purple-blue florets edged with thin bands of white. In full bloom, plants are very striking and lend a joyful effect in the garden. Plant in spaces that look dull, or use as a specimen plant. Thrives in part shade, sheltered from direct, hot afternoon sun.
