Fast growing, mildly sweet green ready in just 30 days!
This new fast growing, mildly sweet green can be picked and enjoyed 30 days from sowing. Zen resembles collard greens, but the leaves are larger and more tender, much like lettuce, but with a rich savory taste. An excellent source of vitamin A and C, too. Resistant to flowering in the heat of summer and early to harvest, Zen is dependable for picking all year. Hardy, compact rosettes up to 12″ high, spreading 18″ wide.
