Cascade Hops
A popular Aroma hop, vines are disease-resistant and very productive.
Very productive, with large, attractive flowers used for flavoring beer. Its aroma is very distinct, spicy with citrus-y quality. Green cones ripen in midseason, on disease-resistant vines. Plants can climb to 25′ in one season, and grow into beautiful vines with beautiful dark foliage. Provide strong supports. A popular, widely used Aroma Hop developed by Oregon State University in 1972, named after the Cascade mountain range that runs through Washington and Oregon.
