Onion Egyptian Walking Onion

Heirloom perennial onion that “walks” across the ground as it grows season to season.
Sets are produced on leaf tips in late summer, becoming heavy enough to tip the leaf to the ground. As sets root the cycle is repeated and the onion continues to walk. Harvest bulbs in the ground (like regular onions) to the sets themselves and everything in between. A true conversation piece.
